Can I return my order?

Which shipping carriers do you use?

The US Postal Service.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically process and ship within 1-3 business days, shipping length is dependent on the postal service. Once the shipping label is created you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please check the tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please reach out to us at info@illeun.com as soon as possible so we can update your address. 

If you reach out to us before we have shipped your order out, we will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order with the correct address. If the package has shipped we encourage you to reach out to the carrier to inquire about a change of address. Other than that there is nothing we can do, if/when the package is returned to us, we will provide you with a full refund and cancellation of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside of the US. We are hoping to change this soon.
